The most important foreign partners cooperating with the Faculty of Theology are the University of Bari, the Faculties of Theology at the University of Greifswald and the University of Bamberg.
The faculty organizes various national and international symposiums and conducts multifarious scientific activities. The course „Italian and Christian Studies” provides students with the Italian language at basic and intermediate level. This is a course run together with Bari University (Italy). Graduates receive a diploma certifying the completion of first-cycle studies conducted in cooperation with another university.
  The faculty also runs the Center For Dialog of Civilizations which constitutes a plane for studying and working on issues that concern:
- inter-religious dialog,
- dialog between different civilizations,
- dialog as a method of preventing intolerance and aggression,
- reciprocation in accepting other cultural values,
- the role of education and science in strengthening universal values,
- the role of religion in agreeing on universal human values and ethical norms.
The faculty has at its disposal a library collection consisting of 90,000 volumes.

Lectures are delivered mainly in Polish and, in the case of some study programs or courses, in foreign languages.
